Strength & Mobility

During this 45-minute class we will explore different kinds of movement to strengthen the muscles while providing exercises for mobility. This combination class will start with a dynamic warm-up and move into about 20 minutes of strength training (with a splash of cardio to get that heart rate up). We will finish with 15 minutes of mobility exercises, with a strong focus on hip and ankle mobility (I won’t forget about those shoulder!) and we’ll finish with a nice cool down to tie it all together.
